Despite of the fact that so many people suffer from hemorrhoids, not all of them feel the symptoms or observe any signs which could tell them they have hemorrhoids. They are considered to be of the grade I, in case if they protrude but do not prolapse;
Those ones which first prolapse when a person empties intestines and reduces after defecation are grade II;
Hemorrhoids which should be pushed back into rectal area with the use of fingers are grade III;
Those hemorrhoids which cannot be reduced manually are grade IV.
What is the way of knowing whether you have bleeding hemorrhoids?
The most common signs are following: strong itching in the anal area and bleeding during defecation. Localized pain and a protruding lump can also be the symptoms of bleeding hemorrhoids. You better consult the doctor as soon as possible, in case if you find any other above-mentioned symptoms. The main cushions are located at the left lateral, right anterolateral, and right posterolateral portions of the rectal canal. As for secondary cushions, they also may exist here. Constant bleeding, itching, strong pain in the rectal area are the main symptoms of hemorrhoids. It should be mentioned that there's no connection between hemorrhoids and cancer, because many people confuse hemorrhoids with this kind of disease.
